The National Development Agency of Hungary and the European Integration Office of the Government of the Republic of Serbia launch the 3rd open Call for Proposals in the framework of the Hungary-Serbia IPA Cross-border Co-operation Programme.
What is the subject of the Call?
In the eligible cross-border area, co-financing is available for projects aiming to strengthen the economic and social cohesion, environmental protection as well as joint research and development activities, development of cross-border thematic routes of cultural heritage and facilitation of business partner finding as well as educational and training projects.
Who can apply?
Non-profit organisations, among others central budgetary organisations, local governments, associations of local governments, foundations, associations, non-profit limited liability companies, educational institutions, chambers of commerce and industry. Minimum one organisation from the eligible area in Hungary and one from Serbia must be involved in the project.
What is the overall amount of funding?
Within the framework of the present Call for Proposals EUR 15 101 376 Community funding (IPA) will be available. In Hungary, the projects will be co-financed by the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA) and state co-financing of Hungary while in Serbia, by the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA) in addition to the own contribution of Project Partners.

How to apply?
Applications in English and supporting documents have to be submitted to the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) in Budapest. The deadline for the submission of Applications is 30 May 2012. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
