The 2nd Stakeholder Conference of the Priority Area 9 “International Open Space Conference: Skills, Competences, Inclusion – Developing Human Capital Policies and Projects in the Danube Region” took place on Thursday, 5th December 2013 and Friday, 6th December in Vienna (Location: Hotel Fleming’s, 1070 Vienna, Neubaugürtel 26-28.)
