In collaboration with the Civil Society Forum and PA10 the Participation Day in the Danube Strategy took place in Eisenstadt, Austria on 25 June 2014. The Conference enabled with a new format the international civil society and local actors from the 14 EUSDR countries to meet, exchange views and perceptions among each other and to meet and discuss in-depth with EU and national decision makers.

In particular PA9 represented on the Participation Day through the thematic village: “Youth: Education-Participation-Qualification” (Programme) dealing with the following topics:

– Transition between education and labour marekt
– Linking formal and non-formal education
– Competence Development of young people
– (Youth) Empowerment through active Citizenship
