Contact Seminar: The Danube Region Strategy – Take the chance to connect ideas and people within the school sector around the Danube. Transition from school to work.

The Austrian National Agency for Lifelong Learning invited teachers and national school authorities of the Danube Region countries to come to Vienna from 4-5 October 2012 to initiate School partnership and Regio partnership projects and to connect people and ideas in the Danube Region. The following Danube Region countries could participate in this action at the Lifelong Learning Programme: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

The aim of this seminar was further to give participants firsthand information on the EU Strategy for the Danube Region as well as on funding and cooperation possibilities within the EU Programme for Lifelong Learning.
