To increase the evidence base for policy making in the Danube Region, the Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies (wiiw) is currently updating the report “Danube Region Monitor – People and Skills” with the latest available data.

An expert workshop to discuss relevant findings and policy recommendations of the new edition of the monitor will take place in the afternoon of the 22nd of September 2025, online.
