4th Meeting of the Danube Region Platform on Centres of Vocational Excellence
The 4th meeting of the Danube Region Platform on Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) brought together national and EU policymakers, experts and VET stakeholders to promote cooperation on:

The meeting provided an update on new developments regarding VET excellence and CoVEs, including current policy priorities and good practice examples. The meeting also informed about funding opportunities in the context of the 3rd Call of the Danube Region Programme (DRP), which was launched on 22 September 2025 and also includes funding to support the cooperation and development of CoVEs (Specific Objective 3.2). The meeting was hosted within Priority Area 9 “People & Skills” (PA9) of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR) by OeAD – Austria´s Agency for Education and Internationalisation and the European Training Foundation (ETF). The meeting was co-financed by European Union funds from the Interreg Danube Region Programme.
