CSF Danube Participation Day: “Local Actors and Participation”
In collaboration with the Civil Society Forum and PA10 the Participation Day in the Danube Strategy took place in Eisenstadt, Austria on 25 June 2014. The Conference enabled with a new format the international civil society and local actors from the 14 EUSDR countries to meet, exchange views and perceptions among each other and to meet and discuss in-depth with EU and national decision makers.
In particular PA9 was represented on the Participation Day through the Thematic Village: “Youth: Education-
Participation-Qualification” (Programme) dealing with the following topics:
– Transition between education and labour marekt
– Linking formal and non-formal education
– Competence Development of young people
– (Youth) Empowerment through active Citizenship
